BBQ FAQ

As you are probably aware, to make sure Sarah doesn’t get a chance to rest after the honeymoon we have organised a BBQ for this Sunday (23rd) as a house-warming get together. It’s an open house policy so all and sundry are invited. If you know where we live, you’re invited, that’s how it works. We’ll kick off about 2pm and then, after everyone has eaten too much, we can walk up to the Highlands for drinks (probably around 6ish). It’s only a few minute walk away so you might even want to park any cars there as there isn’t a great deal of opportunity for parking next to our house.
We only fed and watered the lot of you three weeks ago so you’ll have to forgive us if it’s BYOB and food. You can sort it out on the shoutbox what you’d like to bring but if people can bring burgers, buns, sausages or whatever, that would be great. If you want to be fancy and knock up some kebabs, potato salad or something exotic that would be awesome too. We can share the food out so don’t worry. Just type in the shoutbox what you are bringing and that way we won’t double up on anything. I’ll just keep cooking things until everyone tells me to stop.
If people want to bring babies (you know who you are) they are welcome to. The weather looks good so bring your sunnies and we should have a good time. Any questions? Mail me and I will let you know the answers.

Chore wars is possibly the greatest and nerdiest concept I have heard of in a very very long time. In effect this is a chore or domestic task management tool that awards you Experience points for each task you complete. Giving your nerd a real chance to see how he is levelling up in those bathroom cleaning skills. Im tempted. I really really am. Debbie, see if you can get Brian addicted to this instead of WoW!
